Piel de Sapo Melon

The Piel de Sapo melon belongs to the Cucurbitaceae family, under the Cucumis genus and the Inodorus group, Piel de Sapo type. It is an oval fruit with smooth or wrinkled skin, and it is green or slightly spotted. The pulp is cream colored, crisp and very sweet. The average weight of the fruit is about 3 kg. The cultivation starts in March and harvest lasts from June to September. It has an excellent shelf life that can reach up to 2-3 months. Available from June to November-December.
