Light green artichoke with a hint of purple at the base of the bracts that tends to disappear with growth. The numerous compact internal bracts are fully closed, with no spines and are meaty and very delicate in taste. It has a slightly round and oblong shape and is of medium to large size of 11 to 13 cm and larger with an average weight of about 200 g. It is a reproduced hybrid with highly demanded seeds from the industry which have recently been proposed to the retail channel industries obtaining favorable consensus from the consumer. The late production begins in January with a peak in the second half of spring lasting up to May.
