in Sardinia.
Our pasta is bronze drawn and subjected to a slow drying.
Fregola (Fregula in Sardinian) is a very ancient type of pasta, typical of Sardinia, usually used to cook tasty fish or
vegetable dishes. The light roasting in the oven gives it this golden appearance and adds a note of flavor.
